Each weekly menu starts with three substantial, veggie-driven meals, and you decide what proteins to add: beef, chicken, or fish, or keep it fully plant-based. Proteins are packed separately so you can combine them with any dish and tailor each meal to your tastes.
We care deeply about how animals are raised, which is why our beef comes from Morris Ranch Beef, where cattle are raised on pasture and treated with respect. Choosing local ranchers and growers helps keep our food system more ethical, more sustainable, and more rooted in our community.
